Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to have the correct items for your home when you place your order, and when your order arrives to you. We are always happy to assist you with any questions, or concerns you may have before you decide to make your purchase. If you have any questions regarding any product, such as colors, textures, dimensions, or suggested care, we invite you to contact us to answer your question. This will save you money and time and will allow you to enjoy your new product as soon as your package arrives. Please allow us to assist you in making the best purchase for you so that you may avoid returns or exchanges. We want your shopping experience with us to be a rewarding and happy experience, we strive to make this happen by educating our consumers prior to the purchase. If you would like to return an item you purchased, we will make the return as easy as possible for you in a professional and courteous manner. As you are always our number one priority.

LakeCabin Depot guarantees all products against all defects for 30 days. If you receive a defective item, we will pay all return shipping fees on the item and ship an identical replacement to you at no charge.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that some items may have already been shipped from the manufacturer and may be in route to you. In this regard, cancellation fees may apply. Once an item has shipped it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return an item, we ask that you follow the Standard Return Policy. Do not refuse the delivery of a non-damaged item, as this may result in a restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of the item upon return transit, which may void any possibility of a refund. You will also be charged for round trip shipping costs. This policy is implemented to protect you and us from unnecessary and avoidable costs.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction and confidence with your shopping experience with LakeCabin Depot is of utmost importance to us. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and shipping charges that were part of your original order. Buyer is responsible for insuring the item and proof of tracking package back to the warehouse, or manufacturer.

Items returned must have all original packaging. This includes all papers, parts and associated pieces. Items are to be in new condition, with no alterations, or missing hardware.

The following are merchandise our manufacturers will NOT accept returns on ( we will, of course, replace any item if it is damaged at no cost to you):
• Any custom made or custom built item.
• Custom quotes, special discounts and orders of 10 or more.
• Any item that is not in resellable condition.
• Any item not in its original box with original packaging materials and assembly instructions (if applicable).
• Any item without an RMA number, or correct RMA number written on a separate sheet taped to the box.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee up to, but not exceeding 25% may be charged for returned items, plus shipping charges. We will happily reduce any restocking fees for our customers that decide to purchase another item from the same vendor of equal or greater value. Any restocking fees, or shipping charges are to offset any charges assessed to us by our vendor or manufacturer. We will not profit from your return.

Return Procedures
In order to return an item to one of our warehouses, you must
contact us for authorization and to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #). Do Not send any merchandise back to our address. Items returned must have the RMA number clearly written on a separate sheet taped to the outside of the box or the item will be refused upon receipt. We will provide you with the shipping address to return your item, as well as instructions, via email with 2-3 business days of you notifying us of your desire to return an item. Once a RMA number is issued, you have 14 calendar days to return your item. We do our very best to make returning your item as easy and cost effective as possible for you.

Refunds will be issued upon confirmation of receipt. The item will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. As long as the item is in new condition, received in its original packaging, and sent to the correct warehouse, you will be issued a refund for your original purchase price, less any restocking fees, shipping fees, or handling charges.

Damaged Items
We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after you received your item. Please contact us.
